Corey Gamble ended his Instagram birthday message to Kris Jenner with two words that set fans talking: lil wife
. Gamble, who is 45, posted the tribute for Jenner’s 71st birthday on Thursday, Nov. 5. The couple have not married, according to Geo News.
Jenner answered in the comments with I love you
, and Khloé Kardashian also chimed in. The post drew more than 85,000 likes and nearly 800 comments, with Khloé’s reply alone earning over 4,000 likes. Followers fixated on the nickname; one commenter wrote WIFEY KRISSSS

He also posted a carousel of photos. Reality Tea described a shot of the couple side by side, with Jenner in a black sheer ruffled dress and Gamble in a white shirt with black trim and layered gold chains. Other images showed Jenner in a black hooded cape lined in white. The solo images reportedly came from the season two premiere of All’s Fair. Geo News placed that premiere last month and tied it to Hulu.
Jenner’s years of answering the marriage question
Speculation about an engagement or secret wedding has trailed the pair for years. In 2017, Jenner told Ellen DeGeneres she had done that twice, and it didn’t work out so well
, adding, You never know.
In August 2018 on The Late Show With James Corden, she ate a cricket in a game rather than say whether her 20-carat ring meant an engagement, Us Weekly reported.
Most recently, on Khloé’s podcast Khloé in Wonder Land on April 29, Jenner said I’m full of surprises. You could be a flower girl.

Khloé suggested her mother did not need to marry again, given her past marriages.
Those marriages were to Robert Kardashian, from 1978 to 1991, and then Caitlyn Jenner, from 1991 to 2015. With Robert she has four children: Kourtney, 47; Kim, 46; Khloé, 42; and Rob, 39. With Caitlyn, whom she was married to for 23 years, she has Kendall, 31, and Kylie, 29.
Geo News cites a different stance from the Divorce Sucks podcast with Laura Wasser, where Jenner reportedly said she doesn’t need the long white dress and aisle, having already done it. She also said, I’ve had the big wedding, I’ve had the babies and the kids
, and that she did not think she wanted to go there. The outlet doesn’t date that appearance, so it can’t be placed against the April remark.
E! News reported that Jenner is not dwelling on outside chatter, saying she is too busy and has natural distractions
in her grandchildren, children, her mom, CeCe, and Corey.
Fourteen-year-old romance, a birthday swap
The two met in 2014 at a party in Ibiza. USA Today says it was a mutual friend’s birthday party in August 2014, months before Jenner’s divorce from Caitlyn Jenner was finalized; Us Weekly says Kanye West threw the party. The couple have been together since.
Us Weekly also reported that Jenner and Gamble hadn’t split, after summer breakup rumors circulated. Their tributes tend to run both ways: in November 2025, E! News noted, Jenner called Gamble my rock, my ride or die, and the most incredible partner

Jenner’s family also marked the day. Khloé wrote, If I had a thousand lifetimes to live, I’d find you in every single one.
