Covid, the bulletin of June 7: in Sicily 156 new cases and 3 deaths

The data released by the Ministry of Health: no new hospitalization in intensive care

156 new covid cases were registered in Sicily in the last 24 hours (yesterday there were 275). The dead were instead 3 (yesterday 2) and so the total number of Sicilian victims of the virus rises to 5,876.

This is what can be seen from the covid bulletin of June 7 of the Ministry of Health.

Overall there are 435 people in the hospital (yesterday there were 426), of which 43 in intensive care (yesterday they were 44) without any new entry and 392 in the medical area (yesterday 382).
The healed were 241 and therefore at the moment in Sicily there are 7,883 positives (-88) of which 7,448 in home isolation.
The swabs processed were 9,759 (yesterday 7,232) and therefore the positivity rate stood at 1.59% (yesterday 3.8%).

IN ITALY. There are 65 deaths from Covid recorded in the last 24 hours (yesterday there were 51). The positives were 1,273, down from yesterday’s 2,275, according to data from the Ministry of Health. There are 84,567 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy, according to data from the Ministry of Health. Yesterday there were 149,958.
The positivity rate is 1.5% the same as yesterday.
