LETTER What are we talking about when we talk about the right to health?

by admin

Dear Beppe. I happen to have to do an overview of the teeth in a hospital near Legnano. A few days ago, I go to collect the overview: I take the number and sit waiting. Meanwhile, a lady older than you arrives at another counter. I don’t feel that visit or exam should book, but I hear the girl’s response upon acceptance: There is room in January. But in the semi-private regime, 90 euros and you can do it on the 14th, obviously in June. Another elderly lady: place for her in a year and a half, but with 90 euros after two days. My turn comes, while I take the overview I hear: madam, we have a place in 2023. I wonder if this is the right to health that everyone fills their mouth with. That right to health in the name of which they closed us at home, thrown Christmas, 4 at the table, mask on the face even with 40 degrees. In your opinion, what is worse for your health, sit at the table in 7 or wait for January 2022 for a visit? Going around without a mask or waiting for 2023? Because not everyone has 90 euros to spend easily, especially after paying taxes, contributions and various taxes. Does the Minister of Health know these things, or does he live in his magical world of Virologists, fairies and unicorns?
