Recently, the photonic studio group under Tencent issued overtime management regulations. The specific plan involves three parts: daily management, weekend rest days, and holidays.
The “Photon Studio Group Overtime Management Mechanism” circulated on the Internet shows that the studio group advocates “happy work and healthy life” and requires employees to maintain a regular and healthy schedule.
The plan proposed in the announcement is that starting from June 14th, Photon Studio will regard Wednesday as the “Wednesday Health Day”, that is, work at 9:30 am and must leave work at 6 pm. The working hours of the day are 8.5 hours.
As for other weekdays, the company stated that it “leave the office no later than 9 pm”. If you have special needs to leave later, you must apply in advance. In addition, the weekend is full of weekends. If you have special needs, you must send an email application before 4pm every Friday.
It is reported that the photonic studio group under Tencent was established in 2008, mainly engaged in the development of mobile game projects.
