Candidates will be judged with Vizzari by Sonia Peronaci, digital entrepreneur and historical founder of Giallozafferano and journalist Annalisa Cavaleri, professor of food anthropology at the IULM University of Milan. 6 chefs will be selected from the votes of the two juries: 5 chosen by the technical jury and one by web surfers who will express their preference by voting for the candidacies on the platform.
