Peru, the battle over the outcome of the elections moves to the squares and courts

The battle over the presidential vote in Peru is now being fought between new counts and appeals in court. But there is also that which is consumed on the streets and squares of Lima occupied for four days by tens of thousands of farmers, traders, breeders, sharecroppers who have come en masse from all the Andean regions. They have set up camp as best they can and now they are watching over the outcome of a result that the numbers have already established but without an official announcement.
