G7 on Covid: ‘One billion vaccines and new virus investigation’

G7 leaders will call for a “new and transparent” investigation by the World Health Organization into the origins of the coronavirus. He writes it Bloomberg on his website, after viewing a draft of the summit communiqué.

The document shows that the G7 will promise to deliver at least 1 billion extra doses of vaccines over the next year to help vaccinate 80% of the world‘s adult population and overcome the pandemic by 2022.
