After the trials, the list of Zhejiang Go teams for the National Games will be determined according to the age requirements of the official participating athletes. Through a combination of online training and concentrated training, the list of amateur teams for the Zhejiang Go event in the National Games will be finalized. The open group is composed of professional chess players, who will be trained in the game through the siege in the near future, and then will adopt a centralized selection method to determine the candidates for the next stage. In the end, five male players and three female players will form a team to participate in the Go event of the 14th National Games. The Go game of the 14th National Games will start in Hefei, Anhui in mid-to-late August. This is after the last Tianjin National Games, the Go event was once again included in the National Games. The Go event of this National Games will set up 10 sub-items of the national group men and women group, men and women individual open group, men and women individual amateur group, mixed doubles open group, mixed double amateur group, and public security police men and women individual group. For amateur chess players, this is a rare opportunity for them to show off in the country’s largest sports arena and compete for gold and silver. Contestant Yao Manman from Taizhou said that although he has participated in provincial competitions many times, he has never represented Zhejiang in a national competition. “I have to seize the opportunity this time.
