TREVISO. Sentenced to two years and two months for raping the hairdresser colleague inside the salon.
The shortened sentence came as a cold shower for a 27-year-old, who presented himself in front of the judge in Treviso on Wednesday. The reasons will be known only in a few months.
The young man, married, was sentenced to two years and two months for sexual violence, with general extenuating circumstances prevailing. The prosecutor had asked for six years, reduced by the alternative procedure to 4 years and 6 months and finally to two.

A message from her colleague’s wife in which he gave her “no good” and threats from the latter led her to tell investigators about the violence she suffered.
After the complaint, the hairdresser, accused of raping his colleague, was fired from the salon. The episode dates back to the summer of a couple of years ago, when the hairdresser met her and started making repeated and rather intense advances.
The first abuse allegedly took place in the women’s locker room when the 38-year-old was changing. Five days later, while at the end of the shift she was intent on cleaning a room, the second sexual assault.
«We will appeal» explains the defender of the young man, Paolo Bottoli «we expected acquittal because it is an unlikely story, in the sense that sexual violence consummated in this way, while there are seven or eight people in the hall, does not stand up. And above all, twice a few days apart? We hope that the sentence will be reviewed on appeal and we will do our best to make it so ». –
