The Turin-based Erre Technology Group is looking for 20 young technicians and graduates

The new talents will be included in Erre Academy, a professional training project launched by the engineering consulting SME, active since 2013 in the Automotive, Design, Electrical and Electronics sectors, ICT based in Moncalieri

IVREA-CANAVESE. The growth of Erre Technology Group continues, both in terms of turnover (from the current 5 million, the goal is to double within 5 years), and in terms of staff (new additions are expected between now and the end of December). The particular conception of work combined with the centrality of the human element is what inspired Eerre Academy, the training project, signed by Erre Technology Group, an engineering atelier active since 2013 in the Automotive, Design, Electrical and Electronics, ICT sectors.

It is a training hub which trains and prepares young consultants to enter the company, with the aim of creating a close and profitable relationship with customers from the very beginning. An innovative platform that makes it possible to equip young people who have just come out of the various study paths immediately, equipping them with all the useful tools to face the world of work, and allowing them to transform knowledge into competence.

The training course takes place at the Erre Technology Group headquarters in Moncalieri, which welcomes young talents from technical colleges and local universities. The subjects currently included in the program are ICT, Electrical and Electronics, Composite Materials, Project Management and Self selling. Among the main objectives of the project: increase technical knowledge, support self-training, prepare for the effective management of a technical meeting, develop awareness of one’s “job” and role, acquire a method for overcoming typical obstacles in work as a consultant.

Alongside the Academy, Erre Technology then developed the “Tandem” model, another winning asset to respond instantly to customer needs. The model involves the flanking of a junior figure with a senior one, with great experience in the field. A functional and effective combination that capitalizes on the know-how of resources with greater experience and at the same time reduces the delivery times of new hires.
