Gennaro Spronello, an entrepreneur from Vico Equense, close to the Cesarano di Ponte Persico clan, also ended up in prison. Both are accused of attempted extortion using the mafia method. The victim is from a village in the Alburni and is the manager of a farm. According to the accusations, Emmanuela Botti, who had a credit of 65 thousand euros with the victim’s father, would have turned to Spronello to recover the money. And the latter would have repeatedly ordered the farmer to return the money, threatening him with death and blowing up his business.
