The path to give birth to the Multiutility of Tuscany really seems to have reached a decisive turning point, that is the new multiservice company promoted first of all by the municipalities of Florence, Prato and Empoli but which should involve all the administrations of Tuscany and which should arise from aggregation of waste and water public service companies and, more in perspective, energy.
The Board of Publiacqua in fact voted unanimously, with the yes of the representatives expressed by ACEA, the new strategic plan presented in recent weeks by the public shareholders. Now the changes must be ratified by the shareholders’ meeting.
