Piazza Affari ended yesterday with a sharp rise, despite some disappointing macroeconomic data: the Ftse Mib index made + 0.99% at 25,824 points, on the highest level since 2008 and clearly above the peak of February 2020, before the pandemic from Covid-19.
The purchases rewarded the financial sector above all: among the banks in the light of Unicredit (+ 3.47%) and in managed savings, Poste (+ 2.20%) and Azimut (+ 1.96%). Pirelli (+ 1.96%) and Stellantis (+ 1.68%) did well in the industrial sector. On the Ftse Mib in red only StMicroelectroncs (-1.37%), Saipem (-1.06%) and Mediobanca (-0.05%).
