The sales price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities rose by 0.6% month-on-month, and the increase was 0.2 percentage points lower than the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou rose by 1.1%, 0.7% and 0.9% respectively from the previous month, and the growth rate dropped by 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 percentage points respectively from the previous month; Shenzhen changed from flat last month to a decrease of 0.1%. The sales price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities increased by 10.8% year-on-year, and the increase was 0.5 percentage points lower than the previous month.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in third-tier cities rose by 3.8% year-on-year, 0.1 percentage point lower than the previous month; the sales price of second-hand housing rose 2.6% year-on-year, a slight increase of 0.1 percentage point from the previous month.
